Christoffel George Sneijders – A Trailblazer in 3-Brained Intelligence

Christoffel George Sneijders has become a well-known figure in the fields of executive coaching, therapeutic hypnotherapy-psychotherapy, and motivational speaking, changing people’s lives and viewpoints. Sneijders, a Dutch luminary, was born in Amsterdam on June 11, 1965. He is the founder of the revolutionary 3 Brains – Head, Heart, and Gut Theory and Intelligence and the proprietor of the 3 Brains – Head, Heart, and Gut Intelligence Academy. His diverse professional background includes coaching, therapy, teaching, and writing, positioning him as a thought leader in the field of personal development.

Childhood and Schooling

Sneijders started his adventure in Amsterdam as the second child in a family with a distinct historical background. The groundwork for Sneijders’ subsequent pursuits was established by his early experiences with perseverance and hardship. He received his elementary education at the Rudolf Steiner School and his high school education at the Amsterdams Lyceum. Sneijders would subsequently include this multifaceted and all-encompassing framework into his coaching and therapy practices as a result of these formative years.

Sneijders is a multifaceted professional who attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 1988 to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration. Despite his early success, he persisted in his academic pursuits at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he studied strategic studies from 2002 to 2003. His knowledge of strategic planning was sharpened during this time, preparing him for future contributions to the subject. Sneijders’ extensive qualification list, which includes certificates in timeline-based therapy, NLP, clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, Reiki and other areas, speaks volumes about his dedication to lifelong learning.

Path for a Career

Sneijders’ career path demonstrates a trajectory characterized by flexibility, skill development, and a love of studying human behavior. He first tried his hand at software development at Cap Gemini after earning his degree in commercial engineering, but he quickly realized how good he was at building relationships. This insight brought him to Scan Laser and then to Europe’s leading behavioral leadership coaching and training organization, Krauthammer International.

Sneijders’s rise at Krauthammer International was swift. He began his career in sales and worked his way up to become the owner of the sales faculty, establishing himself as a top salesperson. He finally became a partner, having excelled as a coach, trainer, and team leader all at the same time. During his tenure at Krauthammer International, he became the go-to person in the Netherlands for colleagues looking for sales help and training expertise.

In 2005, Sneijders established the 3 Brains Intelligence Academy, motivated by his unquenchable curiosity and desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. His investigation into Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, Coaching, and Energy work began with this. Through his unwavering quest for knowledge, he was able to positively influence over 12,000 lives through individual and small-group interventions. After moving to Australia in 2011, he opened a clinical hypnotherapy/psychotherapy and NLP school in Perth and continued his exploration of the hypothesis of the three brains. After relocating to Spain in 2020, he turned this notion into a 3 Brains – head, heart and gut – coach certification course that was recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

The impact of Sneijders, who is widely recognized as the originator of the 3 Brains – Head, Heart, and Gut – Theory and 3 Brains Intelligence, is worldwide. His stature in the coaching community was confirmed in 2023 when Influence Digest Media named him one of Madrid’s best coaches.
